Restorative Yoga: Relax – Restore – Blossom




March 14th – Saturday 2:00 – 4:30pm

A beautiful blend of  Restorative Postures combined with Gentle Breath & Motion Flows weaved through a Guided Relaxation and Yoga Nidra. As you Restore yourself from the winter months, you prepare yourself for the blooms of Spring through a relaxed inner state. This practice is open to everyone and all levels of Yoga! 2.5 CEU’s will be offered for Yoga Teachers thru Yoga Alliance.
