Join MJ for this workshop to help prepare to journey from the Winter Season into the Spring season with a focus towards building both strength and grace.  This transitional time can often raise many competing expectations as we face transitions through periods of cold ans rainy days followed by sunny days that often switch back and forth without warning.  Our mental-emotional state can easily shift as we respond to our environment.  This workshop will guide you on a journey to focus your mind and strengthen your body as you choose an intention to empower you on your own journey through this season of growth. Build strength in powerful poses as you also gain practice in giving yourself the grace to relax and receive.
